What excites you most about the future with CMG?
What excites me most about the future with CMG, are the endless possibilities. This is a really important time for Canada, where we are starting to take a step towards Reconciliation. With this, comes a lot of opportunities for incredible and meaningful work to take place. CMG is a very unique place, every member of the team is passionate about the work we are doing, and they bring a lot of expertise to the table. I am very excited to be part of this team, and to work with Nations across Canada to keep taking steps in the right direction.
What does reconciliation mean to you?
To me, reconciliation is about being open to learning about our past, and taking accountability so we can collectively move towards healing. Reconciliation is a long and complex journey, which is about opening up our minds and hearts, and building transformative and meaningful relationships. As Canadians, we all have a responsibility to each other, and our collective humanity is worth taking the time to learn about, nurture, and embrace each other.
